We will reimburse the ticket once your presence at the summit in Lausanne will have been confirmed. We ask you to pay as much as you can by yourself and we reimburse the rest. An online form will be opened during the week of the summit and you will have till the 31.08.2019 to send us all the information we need to make the payment. Please keep a copy of your transportation tickets with the price on it or we won’t be able to refund you.
